MINDFUL STRETCHES

Stretching in conjunction with breathing is a safe and useful activity for everyone, helping to improve body posture, neuromuscular coordination and strengthen the neural connections of the central nervous system (CNS).

When we make conscious movements, we send impulses from our brains down our spinal cords, and then back to the brain for cerebral processing.

My professional approach is to become aware of our muscle tension, learn to listen to our body, and anticipate musculoskeletal imbalances.
